About returns

"KYOMODE" accepts returns only for those who contact us by e-mail or phone [ within 5 days ] after the product arrives.

Please contact us by e-mail for "Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or outside business hours". We will respond on the next business day.

*Regarding the return, please return it within 1 week after receiving the notification of the return. We may not be able to respond to your return if you do not contact us for more than a week, unless it takes time to return it due to circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

* In the case of a "defective product" due to insufficient information on our side, we will accept the "shipping fee at our store", so please return it "cash on delivery". We will also bear the transfer fee for the refund.

Terms of return

Only when all the following conditions are met, we will "return" and "refund the full price of the product".

  • After receiving the product, please contact us by e-mail or telephone within 5 days as prescribed to request a return.
  • Please contact us by e-mail for "Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or outside business hours". We will respond on the next business day.
  • In the case of "Kimono", do not "try on with an obi".
  • Also in the case of "obi", do not "tighten and try on".
  • The "shipping fee" to be returned must be borne by the customer.

"Cases in which returns cannot be accepted" are as follows.

  • If the return period has passed
  • If there is "damage to the product" such as breakage, dirt, etc. after the product arrives
  • If the condition differs from that at the time of shipment
  • If accessories are missing from the time of purchase
  • If there are traces of use (tightening marks, knot marks)
  • For lucky bags or set products
  • For non-returnable products
  • Damage, defacement, or loss due to natural disasters such as fires, floods, and earthquakes
  • Incorrect use, carelessness, damage caused by negligence, stains
  • Appearance changes during use (wrinkles, stains, stains, damage)
  • If you request processing or tailoring from the state at the time of purchase
  • When we judge that there is no problem in terms of quality and functionality

3. Our shop staff will check the condition after the product arrives at our shop.

If there is no problem after the product arrives, we will refund the product price to the "designated bank account".

* In the case of "credit payment", we will respond with "credit billing cancellation".

*In the case of credit cards, the payment may be debited depending on the timing of payment. In that case, at the time of the "next withdrawal", it will be "set off against the billed amount for the current month" or refunded.

* Please note that we cannot refund "other than the sales amount" such as "shipping fee" and "transfer fee".
