Refund policy

After payment is confirmed, we will ship within 2 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

We only accept returns if you contact us within 5 days after receiving the item.
*Regarding the return, please return it within 1 week after receiving the notification of the return. We may not be able to respond to your return if you do not contact us for more than a week, unless it takes time to return it due to circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
* In the case of a "defective product" due to insufficient information on our side, we will accept the "shipping fee at our store", so please return it "cash on delivery". We will also bear the transfer fee for the refund.

●Return conditions are as follows. Only if all the following conditions are met, we will "return" and "refund the full amount of the product price".

• In the case of "Kimono", do not "try on with an obi".
• Also in the case of "obi", do not "tighten and try on".
• The "shipping fee" to be returned must be borne by the customer.

* "Cases where returns cannot be accepted" are as follows.

• When "damage" such as "damage", "dirt", "deficiency", etc. occurs after the product arrives.
• For "non-returnable items".
• If the "refund period" has passed.
• If there is a "missing accessory".

• If the kimono has "tightening marks" on the obi, or if there are "knot marks" on the obi.

If payment cannot be confirmed within 5 business days from the order date, the order will be cancelled.

This shop uses an online shop server provided by Shopify Inc.

Credit card information is sent directly to the payment server operated by Shopify Inc. by token method (card information non-passage method), so it does not pass through the online shop server.
